Keep in mind that data transmission over the Internet can be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection against access by third parties is not possible.

Access Data

The website operator or page provider collects data about access to the page and saves it as “server log files”. The following data is logged in this way:

  • Visited Website
  • time at the time of access
  • Amount of data sent in bytes
  • Source/reference from which you came to the page
  • Browser used

  • IP address used

These data cannot be assigned to specific persons. These data are not combined with other data sources. The data collected is used solely for statistical evaluations and to improve the website. However, the website operator reserves the right to subsequently check the server log files if there are concrete indications of illegal use.

Cookies

Some of the Internet pages use so-called cookies. They serve to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit our website. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain any viruses.

You can prevent the transmission of such data by making the appropriate settings in your browser or the operating system environment (iOS, Android). However, this may lead to problems in calling up, operating or functionality of the content or service offered.

Handling of personal data

The website operator only collects, uses and passes on your personal data if this is permitted by law or if you consent to the collection of data.

Personal information is any information that is used to identify you and which can be traced back to you, such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number.

Stored personal data will be deleted if you revoke your consent to its storage, if it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was stored or if its storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons.

Handling of contact data

If you contact the website operator through the contact options offered, your details will be stored so that they can be used to process and respond to your enquiry. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

Rights of the user: Information, correction and deletion

Upon your request, you as a user will receive free information about which personal data about you has been stored. Unless your request conflicts with a legal obligation to store data (e.g. data retention), you have a right to have incorrect data corrected and your personal data blocked or deleted.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).

The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to verify whether data entry on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is made by a human or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time spent by the website visitor on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run entirely in the background. Website visitors are not made aware that an analysis is taking place.

The data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its web offers from abusive automated spying and from SPAM.

For more information on Google reCAPTCHA and Google’s privacy policy, please see the following links: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/ and https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/android.html.

Newsletter

When registering to receive our newsletter, the data you provide will be used exclusively for this purpose. Subscribers may also be notified by e-mail of circumstances relevant to the service or registration (e.g. changes to the newsletter offer or technical circumstances).

For an effective registration we need a valid e-mail address. In order to verify that a registration is actually made by the owner of an e-mail address, we use the “double opt-in” procedure. For this purpose we log the order of the newsletter, the sending of a confirmation e-mail and the receipt of the requested answer. Further data will not be collected. The data will be used exclusively for sending the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of your personal data and their use for the newsletter dispatch at any time. In each newsletter you will find a corresponding link. You can also unsubscribe directly from this website at any time or inform us of your request by using the contact option at the end of this data protection notice.

SSL encoding

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests you send to us as a site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
